Job Description:

Responsible to map my Function's Global Service Model Processes apropos People Transformation Programme in line with Service Management Framework guidelines along with Process simplification and improvement.

- Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence

- Coach teams on process improvements and best practise in area of expertise

- Recommends solutions for internal and external business issues

- Solves complex problems and delivers creative solutions

- Accountable for operative work/ projects within agreed KPIs

- Deep expertise in Payroll / HR processes and specific to Oracle HCM processes

- Providing high quality business process designs with key controls

- Helping both UK and Bengaluru People Transformation teams map out the processes on ARIS tool at L5

- Conduct analysis on processes to feed further pipeline of improvement projects and quick wins

- Agree reporting and tracking requirements with the ARIS central team

- Manage the conversion of current process maps to ensure all our processes move into the Service Model taxonomy and naming conventions

- Ensures all process improvements are captured through ARIS keeping the processes live and core to change

- Conform to the Service Model process change governance

- Planning and Organising

- Stakeholder Engagement

 - CI/Lean & Sigma Tools and Techniques

- MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word)

BLR: People Transformation and Technology teams

UK: Global Process Owner, Enduring Model, Process Design, Product and Technology teams

Preferred:

1. Experience in ARIS Process mapping, working on Oracle HCM and Project Management

2. Knowledge of Payroll/People Processes
