Key Responsibilities (In brief)- 1. Service systems implementation activities. 2. CSI Monitoring 3. Directing service operations including development &amp; implementation of policies and procedures, Dealer Mgmt, Customer Relation Mgmt, CSI and other Customer Satisfaction tools for analysis and countermeasure actions for improving CSI 4. Dealer profitability 5. Identifying areas of improvement and recommending process modifications and equipment calibrations to enhance operational efficiencies of the systems. 6. Plan, implement and monitor complete customer care operations 7. Monitor customer complaint lead-time, process for improvement etc 8. Network expansion and upgradation. 9. Technical training of dealers / Mass manpower. Salary offered: 7 - 18 LPA
