Territory Sales Manager
Job Description:
We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to lead regional sales efforts, build lasting client relationships, and drive business growth in a competitive market.
Marketing and Sales of company's high-performance Polyurethane Waterproofing, drythane and Industrial Flooring. TSM shall be overall responsible for selling company's products in designated territory, including green field development of the market.
Requirements :
- Oversee and manage waterproofing and flooring projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong understanding of Mumbai's/Pune's geography, including key market players, consultants, and premium applicators.
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants, premium applicators, and contractors to drive project success.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and project specifications.
- Work closely under the guidance of the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to align project execution with regional business objectives.
- Willing to travel across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Goa and be available for emergency travel as required.
- Maintain project records, progress reports, and coordinate with the internal team for seamless execution.
Education/Experience :
- Experience 2 to 4 Years
- Marketing & Sales Management: Any technical or commercial degree.
- Must have high scores in school level science and English.
