Salary range: 8 - 12 LPA
- Create and execute a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales quotas
- Supports Company revenue and profit targets.
- Optimize business development plan by working closely with Assistant Sales Managers to maximize time in the field and overall efficiency through development and pre qualification of leads.
- Meet regularly with existing customers and prospects in sales territory to understand their evolving business needs and position product solutions to meet surfaced needs.
- Continuously expand customer understanding and capabilities.
- Build long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with existing and new customers.
- Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and prospects and be available and responsive to customer's real-time needs.
- Work effectively with internal support departments (Marketing, Professional Services, Product Development) to promote sales for new and existing customers
- Attend conferences and professional association meetings and promote product solutions and brand.
- Complete sales activity reports and presentations in a timely manner.
- Enhancing the distribution and availability of products in retail outlets.
- Reporting to senior managers on client needs, service delivery issues, and any competitive threats.
- Achieving targeted territorial growth at a rate and margin consistent with the company's marketing plan. Influencing consumer buying habits.
- Successfully introducing new products across a sales territory.
- Attending all relevant trade shows and exhibitions.
- Maintaining a high personal level of product knowledge.
- Managing high quality customer relationships.
- Maintaining and updating territory records of all customers.
- Covering the areas of other Territory Managers whilst they are on holiday.
