Job Description : Territory Sales Manager
B2B Agriculture marketplace in India. A pioneer in the tech driven supply chain space for fresh vegetables, fruits, Staples, Agri Inputs and other Agriculture items required by farmers. Over the last 3 years, our India centric technology and solutions have disrupted the way fruits and vegetables, Staples move from farms to consumers plate Today, we source fruits and vegetables, Staples from farmers across 10+ Indian states through 150 franchisee and deliver to 80 Channel partners in various cities.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Have deep knowledge of Fruits and Vegetable demand and supply scenario in the territory, Analyze market trends and price behavior of various fruits and vegetables.
- Have excellent network with Fruits and Vegetable traders in local mandi, Hotel & Restaurant chains, Hawkers and caterers in the territory.
- Daily two Channel partners points visit, checking all the processes I being well maintained.
- Ensure proper SOPs of the company are being followed by channel partner
- Coordinating with Franchise and Channel partners.
- Daily reporting to Territory Manager.
- Ensuring all the financial documentation is well maintained.
- Ensure proper handling and display of product by channel partner in the territory
- Design and implement marketing and advertising activities of the company in the given territory for maximum visibility of customers.
- Responsible for His/her Cluster P&L.
- Should have the knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce
