- Help to prepare a structured sales Plan at the dealership.

- Monitor & support daily visit of Dealer sales personnel to targeted customer segments.

- Review Dealers sales personnel on inquiry generation, follow-up & deliveries, also to support and guide dealer to ensure the results.

- To improve sales volumes in existing markets, and penetrate in new markets.

Desired Candidate Profile : Good Communication Skill, positive attitude, Alertness & Responsiveness, Confident, Negotiation Skills.

Mandatory for the Role : Must have experience in Tipper/Long Haul/Light commercial vehicle/construction equipment/Heavy commercial vehicle.
