Territory Sales - FMCG (3-7 yrs)
- To implement, co-ordinate and execute all the sales plans and activities and to guide the front liners so as to ensure target achievement for the assigned area.
- Handling departmental store outlets
- Recruitment of BAs, training them and maintaining their incentive MIS
- Co-ordinating with floor managers to achieve store-wise targets
- Prepare and send reports (JC report, Target vs Achievement report, competition report, stocks closing reports,
damage/ RTV reports, attendance of BAs, etc ) within the deadline
- Achieving primary & secondary sales through sales force
- Stock management- Ensure that all the SKUs must be available on the floor as per MBQ, control pilferages, maintaining FIFO
- Travelling is involved within the assigned territory
- The incumbent will be reporting to the Key Accounts Manager
- MBA with 3-7 years of experience in FMCG
