Territory Manager - Sales - SaaS (7-14 yrs)

FarEye is a technology and services company in New Delhi. We are seeking a great leader and experienced SaaS sales executive to lead and grow the SaaS sales team and business in an exciting new market area.

As FarEye expands into new product and market segments, we are looking for a highly skilled Territory Manager Sales, SaaS to manage our growing SaaS business in assigned region. This is a critical and highly visible role within FarEye, as we expand our product offering and reach new markets, bringing technology and analytics to the field workforce market. You will be responsible for driving revenue, within existing and new customers, developing and mentoring Accounts with various stakeholders to achieve the business objectives for growth.

As the TMS - SaaS, you will be part of the team that enables FarEye to enter a new phase of growth! As the Territory Manager Sales, SaaS, you will:

- Knowledge of USA and APAC market is welcome

- Meet quarterly quota targets and margin objectives

- Define and develop territory strategies for new and existing customers and vertical markets

- Work with Marketing team on GTM Plans for SaaS business

- Actively manage regional territory and deal flow for both current and next year quota and pipeline targets

- Deliver accurate forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, half, and annual basis

- Deeply engage with internal stakeholders - Finance, Marketing, Sales Ops, and Executive Teams - on customer/sales proposals, campaigns, programs, customer events, etc.

Desired Skills and Experience:

What you need to be successful in this role:

- 7+ years experience in selling complex software into SMB companies

- Proven ability to take a new product to market, execute and deliver on sales goals

- Deep understanding of subscription/ reoccurring revenue models and proven success of growth and revenue attainment within that business model

- Extensive customer interaction experience and proven territory management experience

- Outstanding collaboration and communication skills; verbal and written

- Ability to perform and thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment; able to think strategically and execute tactically

- Strong operations skills around forecasting, commission plans and budgeting

- Proven success structuring complex deals with multiple variables; must have strong analytical skills

- Strong leader and problem solver with excellent customer facing capabilities to influence and negotiate

- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to drive decision-making across multiple organizational functions

- Exceptional character; operates with high integrity; self-starter, independent, resourceful - driven to action and results

- Must be based out of FarEye's Offices in Mumbai City, and willing to travel as required
