The opening is in the Knowledge Services/ T.A.P. team, which is the transformation services arm of the Teleperformance Group, combining the power of Technology, Analytics and Process Excellence to deliver transformation and innovation for our clients. The Knowledge Services Marketing Team will reside within the T.A.P. COE in India and will be responsible for the creation, delivery & management of content for the marketing of Knowledge Services/ T.A.P. capabilities globally. This will include case studies, newsletters, e-mailers, blogs/ web pages, social media pages etc. As a Senior Analyst in the Knowledge Services Marketing Team at Teleperformance, you will be responsible for developing, delivering and managing engaging content across platforms. Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Managing LinkedIn and other social media pages for the Knowledge Services/ T.A.P. teams - Creating marketing collaterals such as case studies, newsletters and e-mailers - Coordinating with leadership, operations and sales teams globally to develop collateral such as sales decks, case studies, one-pagers etc. - Refreshing/ updating dated content, as needed - Preparing a content calendar - Distributing and publishing the content across various mediums and platforms Candidates MUST possess the following: EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Media/ Communications, Journalism or English literature. EXPERIENCE: 2-5 years of experience in marketing, media/ communications, writing/ content creation. KNOWLEDGE: - Excellent working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel - Knowledge of creating, editing and managing social media web pages, especially LinkedIn. SKILLS: - Excellent writing skills with the ability to communicate offerings and solutions in a crisp manner - Strong storyboarding and articulation skills - Attention to detail and time-management skills - Good interpersonal/ stakeholder management skills Employment Type - Permanent Full Time/ Part Time - Full Time (40 hours/ week) Work Location - Gurgaon (WAHA until COVID persists) Shift Timings - 11 A.M. to 8 P.M.
