Teleperformance - EVP - IT GBS Head (18-28 yrs)
The Head of IT GBS is a technology leader , who will be heading the IT shared services for Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, Network, Service desk, Telecom ,Email and Messaging ,EUS & projects to effectively drive customer satisfaction, quality, cost benefits and competitive advantage. The GBS IT leader will play a key role in developing the Shared Services and deliver against its strategic roadmap. Reporting to the COO (GBS) , he/she will work in partnership with the Global CIO to ensure services are aligned with the global IT strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides leadership in ensuring the IT Shared Services model is consistently delivering and effectively collaborating to exceed business unit and customer expectations
- Lead all technology initiatives and be the trusted partner/advisor for IT helpdesk, cloud and DevOps, network, data, security, applications and hardware.
- Drive the creation and enhancement of solutions that focus on addressing business challenges and needs that drive efficiency and performance effectiveness for the business and clients
- Ownership of all strategic aspects of technology including systems, tool and vendor selection, and all information technology needs that will enable business units.
- Align IT services with current and future needs of the business and the customers while improving quality of services delivered.
- Develop and drive a detailed strategy for governance, shared processes, continuous integration and delivery strategy in support of business and IT roadmap initiatives.
- Identify opportunities where technology can provide automation, cost savings, competitive advantage and game-changing innovation.
- Lead, coach, manage and develop a team of IT professionals.
Required experience:
- Minimum of 18 years of total experience out of which at least the past 6 to 8 years should be as part of a large IT outsourcing services provider in a leadership role
- Experience managing IT Help Desk Support, Virtualization, Server/Cloud and DevOps, Networking, Security and Database with strong technical understanding across infrastructure, operations and services.
- Understanding of the IT industry, emerging technologies and trends, industry standards, solution architecture, the vendor landscape and best practices.
- Experience with vendor management, contracts, service level agreements .Strong customer/ stakeholder relationship management skills with internal customers and constituents.
- Ability to effectively interface with senior leadership and demonstrate executive presence.
