Telecom Procurement Manager

Main Responsibilities:

- Responsible for all Engineering supplier Sourcing, Selection and Management

- Procurement Strategy

- Supplier Performance Evaluation, Portfolio Management

- Commercial negotiation, Contract negotiation

- Supplier relationship management

- Ensure cost efficiency and lead-time for sourcing parts

- Telecom Project Procurement Implementation

Requirements:

- 15-20 years of experience

- Degree Telecommunications / Electronics / Electrical Engineering / Commercial or similar experience

- Previous work experience with Procurement position in Telecommunication field or Telecom project management position

- Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment

- Excellent communication skills and social ability
