Tekion - Technical Architect (10-20 yrs)

Job Description:

We're looking for talented Technical Architect who love challenges, push boundaries and are passionate about building a transformational product. In this senior-level engineering position, your software development expertise will drive success in building new features/ functionalities/ modules and improving our product that is transforming an industry. Our transparent and collaborative culture means we work both independently and together as a team on projects in an agile environment. This role will include hands on development of front-end and back-end code, effective collaboration in a fast-paced environment and delivering numerous exciting projects.

Qualifications :

- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, similar field of study or equivalent practical experience.

- 10 or more years of relevant work experience.

- Experience in Software Development in Java programming.

- Experience architecting and developing large scale design, user interactions, reusable components for web applications.

- Proficiency with ES6/7/8, Webpack, GIT Usage (Terminal / Command Line Proficient), isomorphic React, RESTful APIs.

- Experience designing, building and implementing highly scalable microservices with a focus on high performance

- Expertise implementing microservices using tools and technologies for messaging, RPC, containerization etc.

- Extensive experience creating unit tests, performing code reviews, optimizing performance and ensuring standards for maintainability

- Experience with CDNs, networking, MongoDB and/or MySQL

- Love solving complex technical problems
