IT Infrastructure Manager
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Design and execute short plus long-term strategic plans to assure infrastructure capacity attains current and future needs.
- Manage a team of Engineers to provide support on premise Legacy environment (Windows Server, Hyper-V, VMWare, SCCM, SCOM, Storage & Backup) and Microsoft Azure, AWS & DevOps infrastructure.
- Manage and establish priorities for maintenance, design, development, and analysis of entire infrastructure systems inclusive of LANs, WANs, internet, security, and wireless implementations.
- Define and manage IT Disaster Recovery Strategy for organization.
- Perform feasibility studies for different upgrade projects, conversions, and improvements.
- Driving Service Management and SLA Governance, User Experience / CSAT, Automation, Digital Transformation and Technology Initiatives.
- Handling IT & InfoSec compliance audits across the organization and adhere to the policies & Procedures.
- Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current network.
- Maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting
- Manage remote support activities for users and systems outside India
- Adherence to firm incident, change and problem management processes
- Handling escalations and engaging/managing resources efficiently during high priority issues towards the resolution and communicating with senior management
- Partnering and collaborating with teams from various Business Units Heads/VP's, Facilities/Admin & Finance to drive excellence in IT Support & Operations delivery and communications.
- Providing leadership, coaching and direction to the IT team and Talent Building.

Desired Candidate Profile :
- 10-15 years of experience including managing teams responsible for design and deployment, systems lifecycle management and infrastructure planning and operations.
- Experience in areas such as network design and administration, data center operations, database administration, and systems programming
- Strong management and people development skills
- Understanding of ITIL practices
- Ability to think logically and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Skill in conceptualizing creative solutions as well as documenting them and presenting them to senior management
- Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence
- Experience implementing packages and working with vendors
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
