Title : Manager Strategic Accounts Bangalore Location : Bangalore / Chennai Experience : 4-10 Years The role is focused on maintaining existing client relationships and growing our footprint and new revenue streams as a strategic services partner. This role will work closely with the Client, and Delivery organizations. This person will work both independently and as an integral part of a multicultural team to generate and nurture account relationships. Success in this role will create opportunities for advancement within Business Development &amp; Account Management. - This person will be responsible for managing key accounts. - Generating business from new accounts and have the capability to drive and lead customer relationships in existing accounts. In addition, also enhancing business &amp; mining existing accounts to penetrate multiple service lines. - Build relationship with decision makers to open new opportunities in the existing account. - Adhere to defined sales processes and maintain/grow the funnel as per organizational growth plans. - Maintain strong relationship with the customer. - Escalate customer issues, process anomalies and pain points in a timely manner to seniors. - Report sales data, competition information and market data as per requirements. - Good understanding of the entire IT services value chain is required.
