REPORTING&nbsp;: Senior Partner and working closely with the Chief Operating Officer &amp; Management Team MUST HAVE : - Lead AI / Big Data project implementations - Knowledge of IT initiatives/developments in the Professional Services organization EDUCATION : - MBA Fresher (with prior experience of 2-3 years) OR with post MBA experience of 3 - 4 years (IT Strategy related Management / Innovation) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : - Critically evaluate the applicability of different platforms available in the market. - Interface with internal end-users for IT feedback and improvements. - Work closely with several internal and external stakeholders, vendors and market leaders; - Brings in external / market perspective to the management while evaluating IT platforms and offerings; - Sharing regular updates with the Management; COMPETENCIES : - Ability to interact, challenge and influence credibly at all levels - Autonomy and ability to run multiple projects at the same time - Project management - Strong focus on innovation - Self-Starter
