Technology Product Manager - Insurance

What will you do?

As the product manager you will:

- Take overall responsibility for the success of the product.

- Lead the product strategy and vision globally.

- Define and deliver the product roadmap, business plan, go to market strategy and development plan.

- Plan and implement new features and changes to the product.

- Oversee the development and delivery of the product.

- Gather and evaluate ideas and features

- Implement and support marketing campaigns.

- Perform market research to understand how best to priorities and position features of the product.

- Remain current on industry/market technology trends, market sizing and segmentation to ensure that we are optimizing revenue and profitability.

- Support business development activities with clients.

- Learn and understand how clients use the products and how to improve their experience.

- Inspire colleagues and users of the product.

- Provide thought leadership for the industry.

- Work with a global team to deliver the product and the associated services.

- Expected to travel as required by business demands, some international.

What will you bring to us?

- 10+ years experience in technology products in the insurance industry.

- Detailed understanding of the insurance policy lifecycle in P&C

- Experience in building products that drove client acquisition.

- Detailed knowledge of USA based P&C policy lifecycle and underwriting.

- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and be comfortable communicating with colleagues at all levels and influence decision makers both internally and with our clients.

- A background in technology and best practices.

- An understanding of the global insurance market and the challenges it faces today in the future.

- Be a confident presenter both internally and externally.

- Knowledge and practical experience of agile product delivery method.
