They are responsible for hiring, managing, mentoring, and growing teams of software engineers. They work with product and program managers to translate product visions, business cases, and user experiences into technical requirements, scope development effort, and assign resources to execute against the prioritized product roadmaps. Engineering leaders are responsible for the overall quality of the code both new and existing and ensure their teams have the tools they need to be successful. They are the architects for their space and collaborate on cross team designs with other engineering teams and business units to ensure a unified platform that scales and supports company growth. Responsibilities: - Hire, grow, mentor and lead multiple teams of engineers dedicated to creating a robust, beautiful, world-class products. - Lead and manage all aspects of product management lifecycle from strategy through delivery and measurement and drive innovation in development space. - Own all phases of development lifecycle from gathering business requirements, design and modeling, development, deployment, and support. Qualifications - 12+ years- experience in SaaS based products, preferably consumer online and mobile applications - 6+ years- experience in managing high performing software engineers - 3+ experience of managing multiple engineering teams - Strong software and data structure design, development and architecture experience - History of working in a fast-paced, evolving, growing and dynamic environment - Expert knowledge of .Net, C# & Microsoft Technologies Education: Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience, Master's Degree preferred
