About the Project: Swasti, in partnership with a large corporate, wants to strengthen small and medium sized businesses in India. The project will actively work with entrepreneurs to expand their capabilities through intensive training as well as advisory support. Participants will be equipped for business growth in the brick-and-mortar and e-commerce segment, giving them the tools to potentially become a part of global supply chains. Over the next 2-4 years, we intend to work across 25 locations, with at least 50,000 businesses.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Consult with internal stakeholders and design the program workflows in detail.

- Design and configure the appropriate solution, so that all requirements are met and that expectations regarding platform use cases and functionality are fulfilled

- Work with tech partners on the app development within the required timeframes

- Ensure execution of the software deployment in such a way as to anticipate future client needs or business requirements that may occur

- Project manage based on the delivery lifecycle while while being on top of all project, effectively communicating with all stakeholders

- Ensure that all users are trained and educated properly and in a timely fashion

- Ensure that every client derives satisfaction and the most value possible from the implementation experience

- Maintain accurate, high-quality, and timely documentation of implementation steps and activities for internal and external partners

Eligibility :

- 4-6 years of experience in enterprise software deployment management and/or implementation in complex projects

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills supported by strong communication and presentation skills

- Strong technical background with advanced computer skills

- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and juggle several assignments simultaneously

- Passion for solving client challenges and commitment to client delight

Preferred Technical Skills:

- Well versed with app usability best practices, navigation design and flow, content classification, and content management methods and systems
