We are seeking a Head of Technology who will be responsible for setting the vision and developing and executing the technology strategy for the product development team.

You will rely on your experience and be highly motivated to deliver world-class capabilities.

- Develop a technology roadmap that aligns with the business strategy and delivers both short-term and long-term results.

- Create a learning platform based on Moodle, making it robust

- Make the platform more sophisticated.

- On ground, can work closely with developers, be a role model

- Creating technology culture which includes IT systems, DevOps, Support

- Create a high-performance engineering environment, mentoring and developing managers and engineers in the team, and fostering a working environment where top technology talent is attracted, developed, and retained.

- Demonstrate strong technical skills and the ability to understand and work in complex functional areas, evaluating technical choices and providing guidance on technical architecture.

- Manage the overall technology budget and plan the strategic growth of the team.

Your qualifications :

- You have 12+ years of experience designing and developing software and in technical leadership positions managing engineering teams.

- Hands-On in architecture and code reviews.

- Education Background, BE/B-Tech in IITs/NITs/Good Tier II colleges.

- Domain Preferences - EdTech preferred but not restricted to.

- You have experience building highly scalable and distributed systems with an API-first microservices approach.

- Hands-on and strong experience using Java/node/PHP/scala/python/ROR/python or any other programming languages apart from C# or DotNet.

- You have knowledge and experience of using cloud computing technologies such as AWS.

- You have a proven track record of leading and growing multi-disciplinary engineering teams and identifying, developing, and retaining high-potential talent.
