- Responsible for building products and solutions in the domains of health & benefits administration.

- Ability to hire, motivate and develop top talent, and deep experience in building high performing teams

- Expert understanding of Agile practices, with extensive experience in setting up and coaching Agile teams

- Expertise to drive meaningful technical discussions, arbitrate and recommend an optimal path forward.

- Build, coach and develop high performing Agile teams

- Accelerate Agile adoption and maturity across teams to enable faster and predictable delivery of value to customers

- Foster a culture of relentless pursuit of process and product quality through the use of appropriate engineering practices and tools

- Build a culture of learning, curiosity, questioning the status-quo, and constant improvement

- Actively contribute to product strategy and direction, drawing upon your domain expertise and knowledge of the industry

Desired Profile:

- An engineering leader with strong technology background and experience in distributed systems development

- Strong focus & experience with devops, agile, cloud deployments

- Very experienced in agile development models; preferably exposure to the Spotify model

- Domain knowledge in Benefits administration with focus on health and preferably HR
