Technology Head/CTO - Financial Services Firm (15-22 yrs)
Role:
- The CTO will report into the MD
- Responsible for the entire IT environment of the Company
- Establish the Company's technical vision and lead all aspects of technological development, including strategic direction and future growth
- Identifying needs and ensuring ideal software solutions are incorporated/ developed in a timely manner
- Will have a pivotal role in supporting the business departments and meeting their needs in a time bound manner
- Optimizing and managing the technology network and technology infrastructure
- As part of business continuity plan, ensure that there is no failure in business operations and appropriate DR plans are in place and regularly tested for readiness for unforeseen and unexpected events
- Lead and implement the Digital IT Strategy/Cloud Strategy for the Company
- Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape and provide direction on what emerging technologies to be incorporated into the Company
- Direct development and execution of a firm-wide IT Security/ cyber security program that protects the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the company's information and systems
- Lead the Technology team
Requirements:
- BTech/ MTech / MBA
- 15+ yrs of experience in IT, with exposure in working in the Financial Services Industry
- Experience managing and directing technical product vendors, Service Level Agreements, and support expectations
- Should have experience in applications/ application development as well as IT Infrastructure Management
- Should have experience in Digital/ Cloud/ Project Management and should be abreast of new and changing IT Trends
- Good Leadership skills
- Good Communication skills
