Technology Head/Chief Technology Officer - IT Product Development

We are looking for a Technology Expert to provide sound leadership in managing delivery of our products. You will communicate with employees, stakeholders and customers to ensure our company's technologies are developed appropriately.

Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role. We expect you to be well versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts. You will work directly with the Management and act as both a technology and business expert, making decisions that will impact the current and future direction of the business.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Complete ownership of product, teams, technology.

- Develop technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.

- Setting a vision for how technology will be used in the company.

- Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage.

- Build, lead, guide, mentor the teams.

- Strategize and plan roadmaps for product.

- Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.

- Build quality assurance and data protection processes.

- Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance.

- Use stakeholders' feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology /product.

Experience and Skills Required:

- Proven experience in leadership roles.

- Managed and lead end to end product delivery.

- Worked on interestingly complex projects with large scale volume.

- Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy.

- Understanding of budgets and business-planning.

- Ability to conduct technological analyses and research.

- Unparalleled ability to discern - people, projects and challenges.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Problem-solving aptitude ONLY.

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (top pedigree is essential); MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus.
