Position : Head Agent Banking (Technology)
Experience : Total 10-20 Years of Experience in IT/BFSI.
Minimum : 3+ years experience as a technology head role in Agency Banking with any of the leading Bank
Qualification : BCA, BTECH, MSC CS, MCA, MTECH
Roles & Responsibilities :
Strategic and planning : Implement, Manage & Support entire Agent Banking Applications of Bank.
Functional :

- Knowledge of current trends and best practice in Banking.

- Having in-depth knowledge on banking regulatory framework and guidelines on Agent Banking

- Design, plan and Implement innovative solution for agent banking to achieve business goals
- Travel extensively to different branches/agent points across the country to enhance business portfolio of Agent Network
- Implementing the policy, guidelines, and circular with regard to RBI guidelines for Agent Banking
- Monitor and ensure all compliance related to Agent Banking
- Liaison with Master Agents and related stakeholders to implement Agent Banking smoothly
Technical :
- Should have Strong Knowledge on Web technologies like HTML/CSS ,Java
- Should have strong knowledge in mobile app development framework (Andriod ,XCODE, Flutter, React etc.)
- Having professional certification in Agent Banking will consider as an advantage.
- Knowledge in database such as Oracle, SQL server.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge in banking system/Core Banking is mandatory
- Should have strong knowledge in Rest and SOAP API (JSON/XML)
- Should be strong in Mobile Device Management
- Should have strong understanding on Android,/IOS Device architecture and Security parameters
- Strong Knowledge on NPCI products like BBPS/UPI/AEPS/Rupay/NFS
- Strong knowledge in Micro ATM Certification & Implementation
- Strong Knowledge on UIDAI services and compliances like Aadhar integration/Vault Services and E-KYC services
- Strong Knowledge on DMT services
- Strong Knowledge on Wallet based Agent Banking System
- Strong knowledge on vendor platforms viz Integra/Maximus
Learning & Performance :
- Research emerging technologies (Directly or through institutions), innovations and latest product/process improvement launches in BFSI sector and in the general technology space and generate actionable ideas / concepts related to these upcoming technologies
- Leverage the findings to implement digital solutions for existing challenges being faced by internal customers (employees) and external customers.
