Head Technology

Roles & Responsibilities :

- You would be responsible for Engineering & technology proficiency of Clients platforms and products

- You would be responsible for Backend, Frontend, Infrastructure, Architecture, Scalability, server-side engineering, UI, and all other technical aspects of the product

- You will tackle some of the most challenging problems with high-performance interaction, connected-system integration, and more.

- You would drive timely and successful delivery of the technology solutions.

- You will manage effective functioning and provide ongoing support for other activities related to technology.

- Own all initiatives to develop and scale technology, execute an aggressive roadmap, institute best engineering practices, and deliver innovative products

- You will actively guide and mentor project managers, developers, architects and quality analysts, driving top-quality engineering culture in all respects.

- You would drive innovative use of engineering processes, tools, infrastructure.

Qualifications :

- Engineering graduates from premiere institutes

- Minimum 12 years IT engineering technology development experience

- minimum 3 years as head of the function for product development or handling large products

- Experience of executing end-to-end projects collaborating with cross functional teams

- Technically hands on. Must have recent experience on object-oriented design of major components, writing or reviewing code.

- Previous experience of Java technologies, frameworks, MEAN stack & latest technologies.

- Excellent team management skills and leadership qualities, with high level of responsibility and accountability
