Description :
- Identifying & understanding bottle necks and providing solutions
- Conduct feasibility and sustainability analysis. Lead the implementation of new technology in various projects.
- Motivate & lead the team to work in high performing development teams using agile methodologies & Tools
- Utilize software engineering tools such as configuration management systems, build processes, and debuggers in the software development process
- Promote documentation by flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code
- Ensure the data/information privacy, security & confidentiality
- Lead the continuous improvement initiatives in technology
Profile :
- Passion for building great technology products
- BE/ B.Tech from Top Tier Colleges
- Excellent understanding of at least one of the technology stack i.e. Java, .NET, JavaScript, Android
- 12-20 years of experience in relevant roles
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Team player
