Director Technology (Human Resources function globally) for a banking captive in Pune

Role summary:

- Director Technology has overall responsibility for transforming Bank's HR processes and delivering the strategic programs for HR technology including the core HCM replacement and leading enabling technologies.

- The role requires extensive global relationship management and collaboration with global Technology, businesses, Infrastructure and HR stakeholders and will involve a reasonable amount of travel to Europe.

- Based out of Pune, the incumbent will also be expected to play a significant Technology leadership role in the development of the India Technology Centre.

- This is a very challenging role, requiring exceptional and proven technical, relationship management and organisational skills and a clear desire and motivation to deliver world class processes and employee experience through technology whilst being part of a local team establishing a world class technology centre.

Experience required :

- Strong technology profile with a 16 year + track record of delivering transformational change in global organisations leading global teams

- 16+ years of Technical delivery through senior leadership roles in the Application development / CIO domain

- Demonstrable of data architecture & integration, security architecture and SOA/Microservices architectural design skills and detailed understanding of the different architectural design patterns and UX/UI and human centred design capabilities

- Exposure to SaaS and preferably building public cloud solutions

- Strong change management skills with the ability to engage and partner with senior leadership & stakeholders and mobilizing strong talented teams to deliver disruptive impactful & measurable outcomes

- Experience of implementing HR systems

- International experience in a global organization
