Technology Delivery Leader - Property & Casualty Domain - IT

- Knowledge of COTS products like Guidewire, TIA etc.

- Knowledge of P&C insurance industry, automation, digital transformation specific to the industry is specially advantageous.

- End accountability for Delivery, offshore/BU P&L (of 25 to 50 Million), people management, operations managers, client proximity (onsite) stakeholders and client CxO member stakeholder relationship management, supporting onsite business development via support for RFPs, client visits, bid pitches, innovating service offerings, understanding and embedding IP into solutions, leading internal initiatives to industrialize, automate and drive productivity gains, etc.

- Accountable for meeting variable pay targets for all members of the sub-BU by aligning to global goals including supporting client proximate business units meeting their margin goals, as well as meeting ones own. Needs to balance across customers, people and financial metrics. Historically, earnings has been close to 100%.

- Typically will be handling about - of either banking or insurance practice. (Preference is for someone with depth in the Property & Casualty Insurance space).

- Span will be approximately 600-800 (growing to 800 to 1000) across one large anchor and many smaller accounts.
