Job Description:

Mandatory - Experience in building capability on LoanIQ & credit domain.

Exp. - 15+ years

Job Location - Mumbai

- To be solution designer / advisor for Global Banking Systems / Domain

- Implement, follow & monitor a strong governance & delivery model

- Have a definite controls on Costs & Budget and Enhance level of transparency to management / Clients

- Offshoring of new initiatives

- Be available to clients to handle to handle any kind of Issues / Escalations

- High level of contribution for new initiatives.

- To Build the strong team of highly motivated professionals

- To guide, motivate the teams for higher productivity, limited attrition

- To make sure that Quality of the deliverables are as per expectation of On-site teams

- Manage team of 50-100 staff in development & Maintenance

- To guide the team on Technical / Functional issues wherever required

- To participate various initiatives like KPIS, Efficiency.

- To help other teams within Global Banking IT as well as outside Global Banking IT for any technical, functional, resource level help

- To co-ordinate with Operations, Testing and Production Supports team wherever required

Technical & Behavioral Competencies:

- Strong Development experience in Java /J2EE projects

- Strong exposure to End to End to delivery within Financial Domain

- Experience of handling large team size - 50 to 100 staff

- Hands on experience in Development / Maintenance and Support projects

- Strong Experience of handling various stakeholders across multiple location worldwide

- Strong Experience of offshoring

- Good knowledge of CMMI / Lean Processes

- Experience in Managing Budgets / Controls / MIS

- Good exposure of Functional / Technical Knowledge

- Dynamic, Proactive and Teamwork oriented

- Flexible attitude, Ability to perform under pressure
