SME Corporate Banking and Digital banking

This is a senior role is in Domain Competency Group within the Banking & Financial Services Practice of client

Location: Mumbai/Pune/Hyderabad/Chennai with regular business travel

Job Description : 

- Lead the Corporate / wholesale Banking domain support activities for driving business in the area.

- Lead development of frameworks, accelerators, points solutions, tools including idea generation, business case preparation, solution development, GTM strategies, business plans for monetizing the same

- Build/mentor the team business analysts in Corporate Banking area. Provide oversight to engagements when BAs are working on them

- Provide CXO level interface for Corporate Banking opportunities and projects. Leverage thought leadership, consulting skills, industry know how, convincing, articulation skills to the CXO level stakeholders in banks

- Identify key products for potential alliances /partnerships and lead alliance activities in Corporate Banking

- Manage key internal and external stakeholders and their expectations in Corporate Banking area

- Lead domain activities for specific large Corporate Banking deals. Provide domain inputs for RFIs/RFPs/proactive pursuits.

- Develop domain collateral that can be used for various leads. Define technology changes required to accommodate the Business process re-engineering for Corporate Banking implementations.

Profile Expectations

- Experience in Corporate Banking including

- Cash Management - Payment services, Collection Services, Collection services

- Trade Services - Supply Chain Financing, Import Solutions, Export Solutions (LCs, Guarantees, e-invoicing, factoring, etc)

- Treasury Services and Financial Messaging, SWIFT

- Commercial Lending - Origination, Servicing and Structured Finance; Asset Finance, Leasing

- Commercial Internet Banking

- Expertise in Corporate Banking technology and ability to spot trends in fast changing technology

- Experience in large transformation initiatives in Corporate Banking Technology desirable

- Ability to understand emerging demands of corporate banking customers and develop solutions to meet those demands

- Combination of experience working in both corporate Bank and technology firm is desirable

- Solution developments, Pre-sales support and business development experience in Corporate Banking technology space is essential

- Experience across corporate banking products and on consulting engagements desirable

- Demonstrated thought leadership in Corporate Banking with published work desired

- Over 15 years of professional experience in business and technology areas

- Global client engagement experience is crucial, preferably at CXO level

- Should have substantial practice development experience

- Preferably coming from mature organizations with client base across different geographies

- Preferably with good B-School /professional qualifications

- Industry certifications desirable

- Having spoken at industry events, conferences is a definite plus

- Willingness for frequent and extended travel is desired
