We have an urgent opening for Credit Card Specialist - Payment Business Solution Group Leading Bank - in Mumbai / Hybrid / Remote working CTC : 22 -25 lacs Job Description: Cards & Payment business focuses on Cards (Debit, Credit, Gift & Transit Cards etc) and Payment business for Bank. We also offer a wide range of cards designed for the customers' specific needs along with offering PoS (online & Offline) services under the Acquiring business vertical. Business Solution Group is one of most critical units of Cards and Payment. It looks after all technology related aspects including short and long term business requirements. Role will require candidate to work very closely with stakeholder to build technology solution to enable Technology as competitive advantage for business. About the Role: - This role is individual techno functional contributor role with prior experience as BSG or Business analyst/ Solution architect for Credit Card/Prepaid Card/Merchant Acquiring Business. - Role also entails working across various team and working on projects. - Person will work with various stakeholders to drive IT related projects with focus on various Credit Card/Prepaid Card/MAB projects. - Person will work on, various API Integration and related credit card eco-systems. - It involves all stages of PMO including BRD writing, initial discussions, UAT, Development and project governance etc. - Need to have knowledge of Cards, customer journey, API, UI/UX stories. - Previous working experience of CTL Prime/Euronet and surround system is preferred. - Experience in working on Agile Sprint plans for onboarding/Mobile Banking and Internet Banking systems. Key Responsibilities: - Act as Technology Consultant to Business Team to ensure requirements are fulfilled with min changes to multiple Systems - Responsibility includes all stages of PMO project management including BRD writing, initial discussions, UAT, Development and project governance etc. - Liaising with key stakeholders like respective IT RMs, Product, Portfolio, Sales, Credit, Policy, BBOG, DBAT, BIU, etc. - Launch and scale up new functionalities for Credit Card/Prepaid Card/MAB to enhance acquisition and customer management process including Product and Portfolio - Build capabilities for Life cycle management on various card journey. - Providing Ongoing support for New Developments/Change requests - Implementation of Policy, Business & compliance Changes - Management of Partners Tech requirements & Queries - Ensure all the business, technical, regulatory and compliance related changes for the Credit Card Business are implemented - Ensure Solutions are scalable and there are no major functional issues post Production - Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects - Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility - Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and cost. Qualifications: Optimal qualification for success on the job is: - Graduate/Post-Graduation preferably in tech background/MBA/CA - Preferred 4 to 6 years of banking/BFSI/ payments experience with BA and PMO skills. - Candidates form Cards and payments background would be added advantage. - Candidate with knowledge of CTL system and Card surround payment eco-system would be preferred.
