1. Role : Airline Domain Consultant/SME

2. Required Skill Set :

Primary - Strong industry experience in Airline Technology and Operations

Secondary - Knowledge of Airport Technology and Operations

3. Desired Experience Range : ~12+ years

4. Location of Requirement : Mumbai/Hyderabad/Pune/NOIDA

5. Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have :

1. At least 5 years experience in Airlines industry (Airline Operator)

2. At least 10 years experience in Airline technology solutions/products

3. Familiarity with global airline market, airline IT landscape, products

4. Very good knowledge in the areas of Cargo, Revenue Accounting/Revenue Management/Airport Operations

5. Good understanding of entire value chain of Airline operations and customer lifecycle

6. Excellent written, verbal, articulation and communication skills

7. Strong grasp of various IT services (ADM, Infra, ERP, BPO, Consulting, Digital)

8. Able to creatively articulate value proposition and position Tech and its offerings to both existing and prospective clients.

9. Strong comprehension and presentation skills

Good-to-Have :

1. Knowledge/experience of working in Airports industry

2. Knowledge of Airport IT landscape and products

3. International work experience of 3-5 years with direct customer interaction

Details of the Role :

The associate will be working with a highly motivated senior leadership team and contributing towards making Tech the preferred partner for Airline/ Airports organizations. He/she will be responsible for

- Lead domain-led solutions in the Airlines space working closely with other technology competencies within Tech, alliance partners and customers/prospects

- Bring out periodic whitepapers, Points-of-View papers

- Bring in Thought Leadership in the Airlines space in conceptualizing and creating new solutions to meet the industry needs

- Engage alliance partners and where white-spaces exist bring-in new partners

- Support sales in building new business and existing account teams in better account mining

- Work closely with delivery teams to improve customer satisfaction by demonstrating domain-leadership

- Build, own and drive the business/GTM strategy for the Airline market globally

- Drive business strategy by leveraging industry connects with prospective customers and partners in the Airlines and Airports space
