We are a team of IIT, BITS, IIM-B, FMS with experience in the investment, consulting, and agri-tech space. We are building an agri-tech marketplace with the potential to scale more than 1000 Cr business in the first year itself. Its an asset-light, operation less model with high technology involvement. Profile : - Looking for Technology Co-founder, preferably from the Tech Commerce industry, with 5-15 years of experience, having hands-on experience in building technology platforms from scratch. - Compensation would be purely in the form of equity stake who joins full time/part-time. Salary would be negotiable strictly for sustenance only for now. - We would be fine to consider a cofounder who initially works with us on a part-time basis (should be able to devote ~15-20 hrs/week); and post that, can join us full time. At present, there is no expectation to leave your current job. However, we are going at full throttle with a detailed layout of plan. Roles & Responsibilities : - Own, lead and develop the complete tech vertical. Preference : - Preference to the person who has an holistic experience in building complete architecture and platforms from a consumer or B2B internet space. - Rest assured, this will be a steep learning curve with nothing to lose.
