SAP Successfactors Architect/Manager - EC/LMS/PMGM Modules
Our client is large MNC into SAP Consulting Space is looking for below candidates for one of their upcoming assignment.
SAP Successfactor Architect/Manager:
- Minimum of 10+ years of SAP HR Space with at least 3+Yrs SuccessFactors implementation experience
- A senior level SAP Successfactors architect to understand High level requirements, develop detailed requirements, develop a business case and develop Functional requirements.
- Should have done at least 1 SAP Successfactors Migration from SAP HR to SAP SF.
- Should have Lead User Group workshops for collecting business requirements and updating configurations workbooks for SAP Suceessfactors.
- Should have experience in understanding user requirements and propose SAP SF Solutions to the requirements.
- Should give required Functional teams for SAP SF Integrations teams to configure legacy & ECC Systems.
- Strong understanding of Employee Central, Compensation, Time Management, PMGM & LMS
- Having expertise in SF Data models like Corporate data and MDFs, propagation data models, Succession data models.
- Should have experience in configuring Employee Central in global business requirements and also familiar with localization requirements in SAP SF.
- Experience in configuring Work Schedules, Workflows, Accrual Rules, Time Account Types, Time Types, Holiday Calendars and Time Profile.
- Very Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Should be good Coordinator and team player.
