We Are looking for SAP Project Managers for one of our Chennai Based MNC Client with Versatile SAP Projects.

Job Description:

SAP Project Manager :

- At least 10+ Yrs of SAP Experience in a Must.

- At least 3+ yrs of experience of SAP Project Management of multiple Greenfield and Brownfield implementations covering all the phases of project

- Involved in SAP opportunity mining, writing project proposals for various businesses involving project schedules and cost estimates

- Use various SAP effort estimation techniques, pricing strategies and managing project finance

- Responsible for developing a detailed SAP project plan including risk and communication management and monitor the progress with specific focus on triple constraints; cost, schedule and scope

- Build a strong structure for Project Governance to provide specific project related information to the targeted stakeholders

- Evaluating the project risks on continuous basis and deploy risk mitigation strategies to control the progress of the project

- Responsible for handling multiple projects and continuously prioritize them with the high-level benefit of central program

Profile Description :

- Post Graduate degree in business management preferably from Tier-1 or Tier-2 business schools with at least 12 years of experience totally in SAP across Greenfield and Brownfield implementations covering all the phases of project

- Should possess at least one valid SAP certification or Project Management like PMP or PRINCE II-Practitioner level. It is desirable to be certified in Agile, ITIL framework etc

- Should have extensive experience across multiple SAP core modules with mastery on at least one module and working knowledge on the business process in remaining functional areas

- Should be conversant with transition management from Project team to Application maintenance team and project closure

- Should have working knowledge on project management tools like MS-Project, MS-Office application, SAP-Project Systems, Primavera etc to name a few

- Exposure to business processes in Ports (Vessel Management, Container and bulk cargo freight management, Terminal Management systems) and Logistics domain will be an added advantage

- Possess pleasant communication (oral, written) skills and good client facing capabilities with good organizing and multitasking skills

- Good interpersonal and team management skills is must and should be able to groom the team towards organizational goals

- Should be self-driven, confident and go getter

- Should be willing to travel to African countries for short/medium term duration (few months)
