We are looking for an experienced SAP Project / Delivery Manager for one of our Pharma clients in Bangalore. Notice Period : 15 Days (Mandatory) /Immediate Location : Bangalore Job Descriptions: Project Delivery Manager role will be engaged on the execution of MBS delivery from Bangalore in various application areas e.g, SD, FI, MDG, MM/QM and BI. Responsibilities : - Ensure customer satisfaction through proper solution design delivery, application life cycle management and service performance monitoring while maintaining necessary internal (process, security) and external (GxP, GDPR, license) compliance. - Project / Program Governance &amp; PMO for a project led by application technologies unit. - Manage interface with the ERP Projects steering team(S) - Problem Management - Change and Release Management - Defines and execute the project plan, project schedule, training plan, communication plan, change management plan and transition plan from project to service management. - Lead drive and close IT projects in a complex, Global matrix organization with Internal and External Teams. - Serves as the focal point within the ERP steering team for technology-related issues. Skills &amp; Competencies : - Strong written oral communication, interpersonal and organizational skills - Willingness to travel - Project Management tools knowledge acquired through the activity as a business analyst or Project Manager. - Sound knowledge of processes and requirements for implementing software in regulated environments GMP. - Good knowledge in SAP Applications preferably S/4 HANA Education / Professional Experience : - Bachelor / Master degree or equivalent in Computer Sciences and/or Business Administration - 15-years experience in software or applications services - 5-year experience within an international environment working as a project delivery manager.
