Assistant Vice President - Business Solution


Role Summary :


As the Techno-Functional Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects, feasibility, prioritization, initiation, execution, and closure for all project work related to the program. Have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals, in relation to designing and delivering processes and technology solutions.

Essential Responsibilities

- Create and execute project plans and revise as appropriate to meet project goals

- Organizing programs into work-streams, development of plans, identification, and management of dependencies

- Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs. Document requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall business requirement for Loan Life cycle (Loan Management, Servicing and Collection)

- Provide view in a conversation with designers, managers, owners, developers. Translate business requirements to system requirements

- Conducting gap analysis between current and to-be requirements Possess skills to review manual processes within Operations to drive requirement gathering and documenting the requirement.

Qualifications/ Requirements

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Systems/ Information Technology (IT)/ Science, Computer Science or related field or equivalent

- Experience as Project Manager for large/Small applications in a shared service environment

- Experience on building integrations with multiple internal systems using service-oriented architecture & middleware technologies

- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, & clear communicator

- Technical knowledge in Java, MySQL, Oracle etc. is Addon

Desired Characteristics

- Prior experience in Lending and Leasing NBFC.

- Working experience on Deal Assignment and Co-Lending Project Management.

- Working Experience on Fintech Integration Project.

- Managed 5+ projects successfully, ideally within a program or portfolio environment

- Must have worked with the Vendor Development team

- Ability to develop and maintain effective client relationships

- Ability to influence and build consensus with other IT teams and leadership

- ITIL /PMP/Prince 2/Scrum certified added advantage.
