Roles and responsibilities-
- Work on support issues in HRMS including advanced benefits, OTL and payroll. (Payroll is Madatory)
- Working in Managed service support projects with ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Identifying and documenting gaps, performing and supporting configurations during multiple phases of project, including testing cycles
- Making recommendations to resolve gaps through solution design and/or process changes
- Identifying and building test scenarios and test scripts
- Work with global team and teams across locations
- Work with payroll fast formula
- Provide timely updates to the team leads/supervisor/project manager
- Project documentation including design documents, testing scripts, training manuals
- Ability to independently write queries to database and get details needed to resolve production support issues
- Support users during period closure issues.
- Ability to work in EMEA shift to support customers in USA
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle HRMS consultant / HRMS techno functional consultant.
- Well versed with Oracle modules of HRMS- OAB, Payroll, OTL
- Strong expertise in Cloud payroll with exposure to USA/Canada payroll
- A Bachelor/Masters- degree in Engineering or MBA in HR
- Applicants with Cloud project experience / trained on Oracle ERP Cloud will be preferred
- Knowledge of SQL / PL SQL
- Flexibility to work in EMEA/ PST shifts
