HCM Techno Functional Consultant - (Diversity)

Experience :

- Minimum 7 plus years of related experience in a large organization at an enterprise level, preferably in a similar industry, FMCG, Manufacturing, financial company, or IT company playing a similar role.

- At least 6 to 8 of End to End Project Management following the complete SDLC.

- Minimum 3-4 implementations executed in the required field

- Solution Architect, Design & development following the complete SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) for HCM module product agnostic

- Technical Capability for Implementation & execution of SAP and Oracle HCM objects.

- Excellent Functional Consultant with knowledge of Payroll, Time, Org Structure and Personnel Info

- Excellent communication skills to interact with the business, create the document, and present the Business requirement.

- Troubleshoot technical and functional issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications.

- Excellent analytical skills to identify the issue areas and give appropriate solutions.

- Excellent skills in interfacing Transaction systems with Third party using Dell Boomi/ SCI/ PI PO

Managerial Skills

- Ensure on-time and quality delivery of modules/projects

- Code review & ensure best practices are followed

- Ability to execute a module publish status on weekly basis.

Technical Skills

- Should have experience in SAP HANA, Dell Boomi, Success Factors and SF-SAP integration and Third-Party time and attendance system.

- Should have technical experience on SAP ABAP, Dell Boomi

- Should have experience in Building solutions for HCM module

- Well verse with Oracle HCM

Functional Skills :

- Should have experience in HCM Payroll,

- Should have experience in HCM Time Management

- Should have experience in HCM Org Management

- Should have experience in HCM Personnel Management

- Should have experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Profile

Good to have :

- Hands-on Experience in design, build and deploy Fiori-like web applications based on SAPUI5

- Hands-On Experience on consuming OData service and Web Services in FIORI using SAPUI5 library

- Hands-On Experience on cloud Applications
