CRM Techno Functional Consultant
Key Roles and Responsibilities :
The position seeks an enthusiastic and technology proficient CRM Functional consultant who understands the CRM process and complex processing needs of Sales and Service, preferably, for life Insurance domain. Consultant should be proficient in working teams across geographies and work as interface with Customer and English-speaking implementation team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Requirement gathering and analysis
- Lead Process study and documentation
- Understanding integration requirements with input/output parameters and exception /error handling
- Hands-on experience of configuration of a product and troubleshooting production environment.
- Experience of test management, defect tracking and triaging.
- Status Reporting and Issue tracking / escalation management
Minimum, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Desired Skills:
- Good understanding of CRM Modules - Lead Management, Incident management and Campaign
- Good Understanding of Integration Methodologies
- Understanding of Korean Insurance regulatory requirements
- Good understanding of Mobility and Digital technologies
- Willingness to work as interface with Customer and CRMNEXT Implementation team
- Ability to translate project artefacts- Functional and Technical
- Client Interfacing skills - Requirements Management, Test Management, Project Tracking and Monitoring
- Good Translation skills
- Conducting training on configured CRMNEXT application to customer
- Willingness to travel internationally (India)
- Willingness to learn CRMNEXT Product and gain hand-on experience in configuration
