Roles and Responsibilities:
We are a small Media conglomerate ; 57 year old Konkan based Marathi newspaper now expanding into Hindi, Marathi magazine and one special English portal for High Net worth Individuals , OTT news channel , Outdoor Media and Events and many other channels in the field of Media.
Responsibilities :
- Lead, direct, and coordinate the project management team to design the overall project and implementation plan within the agreed budget and timelines.
- People management; Ability to handle manpower in an effective way and specify tasks and effective utilization of the available resource Negotiation and Communication skills; Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Develop and oversee the execution of all online marketing programs and initiatives to drive sales and profits including; Paid search, SEO, email marketing, affiliate marketing, retargeting and online analytics.
- To work closely with the CEO and respective business heads particularly member experience across all our centers and is responsible to Improve overall experience at the workplace by ensuring the quality of service delivery, building a strong culture
- To closely work with all the internal stakeholders (such as Operations, IT, legal and Compliance, Finance, HR and strategy teams) to ensure that the product deliverables are met as per plan within the time and cost as per plan.
- Drive regular and effective performance assessments and reviews of the team.
- Strong knowledge in supply chain management.
- Spearhead all the projects in the pipeline and also come up with new streams of revenue generation
- Should take up the responsibility of the quality of the content , delivery in stipulated timelines
