Manager to join our leadership team. You will be in charge of providing inspired leadership for the operation for our organization's lines of business, which involves making important policy and strategic decisions, as well as the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures. We are accepting applications for the position of 'Operations Manager'.

Eligibility:

- B. Tech/ M.Tech from Tier I/II colleges

- Minimum Work Experience of 2 years.

- Prior Operations experience is a must.

Operations Manager Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement and review operational policies and processes.

- Regular follow-ups with distributors, customers and logistic partners.

- Oversee daily dispatches and fulfillment.

- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.

- Maintaining inventories at distributor.

- Act as a channel between distributor and sales.

- Build new alliances and partnerships with logistic partners.

Operations Manager Requirements:

- B. Tech degree from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 college.

- Experience in inventory management and supply chain management.

- Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Solid understanding of financial management.
