ACTIVITIES
- To actively participate and be responsible for all sales activities related to overall business development
- Achieving business plans - like Volume and Value
- Ensuring implementation of sales strategies to deliver annual volume objectives of the area within allocated accounts.
- Managing and servicing existing customers with respect to product supplies from origins, and increasing business from the same customers.
- Customer Mapping: Gauging potential of existing customers, mapping potential new customers and negotiations.
- Ensure Supply Fill rate in liaison with local procurement team.
- Ensuring good coordination with both internal and external teams- on all business aspects.
- Basic planning and forecasting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Building and driving a new channel of Institutional Sales (Processing Industry / HoReCa) for Nuts & Dried Fruits & Spices while managing the P&L of same.
- Develop new business opportunities by tie-up with new clients, increasing product portfolio, looking for new trade channels and development of overall category.
- Develop good and sufficient networking with key account person of the company and other companies to get trade information, competitor's activities and market intelligence for overall growth of the company.
- Ensuring timely order collection and execution.
- Collecting proper feedback from the customers and pass it on to the right source.
- Reaching out to new set of customers through expansion into new geographies and new market segments.
- To ensure adherence to system and procedures
- Maintain a list of existing and prospective customers.
- Ensuring adherence to all reporting formats.
