Technical Vendor Manager - LAP Product - NBFC (7-12 yrs)
LAP-Technical Vendor Manager (Pan-India)
- Identification and appointment of Technical Vendors for LAP (Loan Against Property) on a Pan India basis
- Review existing Technical Vendors
- Manage vendors and ensure TAT, FMV, in the best interest of the Company
- Liaison with Credit team as required
- Visit vendors on rotation basis, review on-boarded properties etc
- Timely billing and technical vendor management
- Approve Technical value as reviewer
- Candidates with 7+ yrs experience in leading technical vendors for LAP product for NBFCs/Home Finance Cos/Banks etc preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, (besides any other language) mandatory.
- Should be willing to work from Chennai as base location (Tamil Nadu) and travel extensively.
