3. Someone who can enhance the technical competencies of the engineering group

4. Engagement with line managers to understand business priorities. Involve in pro-active conversations

5. Ability to think end to end. Work with experts, understand nuances

6. Somebody who is technology enthusiast

7. Good network in tech eco-system (10 years of exp)

8. Have seen success stories of people. Somebody who understands mindset of techie

9. Good readers, upgrading himself on technology

10. 20-30% of time in training people (Can deliver 3-4 programs in a month)

11. Person should not be from HR background
