Technical Trainer (sales) -international BPO
Job purpose:
To plan and carry out Technical process training for all new Hire associates and refresher training for the existing people.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Responsible for developing and organizing in-depth technical training for Supportmart Technical Services.
- Delivers Training Programs / Modules based on training plan requirements and according to a planned schedule
- Collaborates with LnD Team, Operations, and Product Management to obtain information required to develop training materials on all aspects of the product
- Develops training content - handouts, outlines, agendas and syllabi.
- Tailors training content based on trainee’s (Supportmart employees or customers) specific
needs
- Contributes to team planning for both training and development schedules
- Incorporates motivating, creative, and interactive training techniques to enhance the training experience, in an effort to maximize learning and retention.
- Supports development of e-learning solutions.
- Ensures new training methodologies incorporated into training approach Requirements
Desired Candidate
- Preferred Engineering background typically requires BS/BA (EE/CS) or equivalent
- Prior experience with building and delivering technical training programs
- Good working knowledge and understanding of Windows environment.
- Good working knowledge and understanding of IP Networks, Windows Troubleshooting, Virus and Spyware removal, system optimization.
- Technical development & system deployment in a technical Support Process is a Plus
- Technical Writing experience a plus.
- Presentation skills a plus.
- Great communication, collaboration, and flexibility to work with internal groups and external users.
- Self-starting, motivated, hardworking, and needs to be very flexible with night shifts
CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN INTERNATIONAL BPO AS A TRAINER OR TEAM LEAD.
