Designation - L&D - Trainer Lead- Microsoft Certified

Job Description :

- Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing instructor/training services on Microsoft Certification for the purpose enabling students to acquire Microsoft Certifications in Computer Science / IT Infrastructure / Data Science and Productivity at customer premises.

- Travel will be mandatory for this position and candidates will be required to conduct Instructor Led Training (ILT) sessions for students. While a majority of this effort would be in classroom training, there is the need for special projects and helpdesk support beyond the classroom.

- SME will spend approximately two third of the time on classroom instruction, one third of the time focused on the development of training plans and helping individuals and groups throughout the company with Microsoft application issues and special projects.

- Candidate should be ready to innovate, to leverage and exhaust certification on existing learning paths, a good understanding of Microsoft Certification Roadmap, and to creatively engage an extended team of trainers.

- Success in this role means you have contributed to high percentage of approximately 80% and above on certifications for students.

Responsibilities :

As a successful Learning & Development Trainer, your performance objectives will consist of :

- Facilitate live classroom instruction credibly with students of 18+ year's age-group.

- Drive your student's participation in the best, most relevant industry certification programs.

- Problem solve for learning-logistics: when should students take online training; how will classroom training take place in college/university environment; how can students get hands-on practice?

- Leverage your subject matter expert technical knowledge, teaching with a flair, spread adoption of best practices.

- Advocate for your Learning & Development (Training) workforce and influence process improvement.

- Maintain your personal technical proficiency in Software tools and procedures relative to Microsoft Certification.

- Publishing readiness reporting for all our education customers across the country. Preparing reports and transcripts of training certifications.

- Coordinating with the Business Unit HOD, and management leadership to ensure that assigned training is complete.

- Empower a culture of safety, security, and compliance in all aspect of training activities.

- Learn, live, and coach the Company culture and values. Lead through change by bringing clarity, generating energy, and delivering success.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 2 years' experience in Certification on Microsoft Technologies across various functions

- Exceptional written and Interpersonal skills: communicate effectively and concisely with stakeholders and leaders about our programs and objectives.

- College or university degree or additional 2+ years experience

- Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) + Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)

Preferred Skills and Experience :

- Experience in training and readiness operations or demonstrated program management skills.

- Analysis and writing: ability to diagnose or represent training data and anecdotal feedback in meaningful ways

- Operational Planning & Project Management: show structured thinking, planning, and ability to execute
