Our client is a global OEM giant which has its presence in more than 50+ countries across the globe and is among top 5 electric vehicle manufacturers
Description :
Reporting to the Head of Central Tech Support Division, you will be responsible for:
- Be a bridge of technical support and communication between Dealers, Field staff and Plant teams for all EV related issues
- Management and deployment of technical teams based on criticality of issues and dealership as well as field concerns
- Aftersales Technical process deployment, and standards implementation across all involved stakeholders
- Knowledge of Onsite/Field problem investigation and root cause analysis of EV product problems. Drive and lead initiation and deployment of Field Actions
- Single point of contact between external stakeholders, suppliers, and plant team members
- Participate in the plant technical review meetings and provide strategic inputs and actual field feedback
- Support in forming and documenting the solutions and containment of product issues for network
Profile :
- An overall experience of at least 5-10 years in automotive industry preferably with a major OEM and a strong engineering background in Mechanical/Electrical domain
- Significant experience in EV diagnosis and solving EV field issues and providing expert technical support
- Sound knowledge of all Automobile systems, Vehicle electronics and Telematics and Technical problem solving & analysis specifically in the EV Domain
- Communicating effectively across internal and external stakeholders as well as guiding dealer partners and field members
