Technical Specialist - Contract Financing - Construction Industry (10-20 yrs)
Technical Specialist Contract Financing - Omani
Main Role:
- Main job functionality is to extend support to the Contracting Unit of Large Corporates in providing necessary technical inputs related to the Contracts financed by Organization.
- The role also involves building and maintaining relationship with Customers of the Unit to whom bank has extended Contract financing.
Personnel Specification:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and MBA within minimum 10 years' experience in the Construction industry
- Team player with good communication skills (written / spoken) in English Language.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Strong analytical skills and in-depth knowledge in contracting field
