Technical Sales Manager - Semiconductor Industry (7-15 yrs)

Essential Requirements

- Bachelor Degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or similar degree.

- Maximum of 15 years and minimum of 7 years experience within the Semiconductor industry as FAE/ BDE / TSE

- Good understanding of Embedded / Microcontrollers products and applications Good understanding of Industrial / IOT / Mobile markets.

- Proven track record in achieving Revenue and Design Win targets Proven track record of selling solutions. Highly effective communication and presentation skills. Exhibits strong commercial acumen, credibility and presence to enable effective relationship building, influencing and instilling confidence at a senior level. Technology literate within the customer's segment. Proven track record of successful tactical and solution selling. Formal sales development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop deep and trusted relationships at the highest level with the customers, partners and other appropriate organizations so the Company can positively contribute to the customer's technology roadmap development.

- Drive a solutions/insight/consultative sales approach and maintain a balance between tactical and longer- term deals.

- Provide and maintain up to date and accurate forecasts that provide visibility of the progression of opportunities in the customer so decisions and commitments can be made and met. This forecast will be delivered through Company's Opportunity Management System (SFDC).

- Continuously identification, qualification and close Design In opportunities.

- Work closely with all internal individuals and teams to leverage the depth of expertise to support the customer, secure profitable business for NXP and ensure we take market share from our competitor's quarter over quarter.

- Leverage the tools, resources and events provided within Company and the industry to position the Company as a thought leader and the partner of choice to support the customer in successful executing their business strategy and bringing their products to the market.

- Develop, maintain and share an Account Plan that details the strategy for the account and tracks achievement against this plan. Ensure all parties that need to be involved to grow the account are included at the beginning.

- Proactively develop new and maintain existing relationships to ensure a highly informed and engaged team understand and are committed to the execution of the account plan.

- Develop and maintain advanced knowledge and understanding of the commercial and technical developments within the technology industry and be an expert in your markets segment.

- Lead discussions and seed ideas that can be developed over time to high growth new markets that the Company can be the first to address.
