Technical Sales Manager - Recycled Plastic Resin (2-4 yrs)
Technical Sales Manager- Recycled Plastic Resins
- Technical Sales Manager to develop new end-markets for recycled plastic resin, service new and existing customers, and provide market status updates to the management team. This position requires extensive travelling across continents.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customer accounts.
- Identify potential new customers and new market opportunities.
- Negotiate resin pricing and terms.
- Support customer in product development, using recycled resins
- Schedule trial runs and report results to management.
- Develop new plastic resin formulations with our in-house lab.
- Address resin quality issues and communicate issues with management; and
- Work with internal staff to meet customer needs.
Qualification And Experience :
1. BE & MBA with 2-4 Years of B2B business in PET Recycling/ PET Granules Industry. Solid understanding of post-consumer plastic resins and the resin market.
2. Experience in negotiating sales pricing.
3. Strong background in plastic manufacturing.
4. Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work independently.
5. Excellent communication, listening and presentation skills.
6. Integrity, honesty, confidentiality, and professionalism.
